Who is Otuvy?

Otuvy is the 2023 rebrand of CleanTelligent, a janitorial software company with more than 20 years in the industry. Its core product is quality management for commercial cleaning: mobile inspections with photos and custom templates, work orders, job scheduling for recurring contracts, client portals, and automated alerts. Mid-size to large building service contractors use it to prove service quality to the property managers who pay them.

Published pricing starts at $150 a month for QM Inspect (5 users, unlimited inspections) and $250 a month for QM Pro, which adds work orders and job scheduling, with a custom-quoted Enterprise tier above that and paid add-ons like the Frontline crew app at $50 a month plus $7 per user. Every plan carries a one-time implementation fee, and there is no advertised free trial.

Otuvy is honest about what it is: a QA and operations layer for commercial cleaning, not a customer-relationship system. There is no invoicing, no estimates, no online booking, and no marketing. Contractors typically run it alongside their accounting and CRM tools.

Who is Autopilot?

Autopilot is an all-in-one CRM built for home service businesses: junk removal, cleaning, landscaping, moving, and the rest of the trades that keep neighborhoods running. Plans start at $49 a month for scheduling, estimates, invoicing, payments, and online booking. Crew at $99 adds two-way texting and limited calling. Full Throttle at $149 adds the full phone system, AI receptionist, QuickBooks, GPS, and marketing tools. Plans include 1, 5, or 10 team members respectively.

It was built by a founder who ran his own junk removal company and got tired of paying for three tools that didn't talk to each other. Over 400 businesses run on it today, and it holds a 4.8 rating on the App Store and 4.9 on Google Play.

Against Otuvy, the difference is the customer: Otuvy helps commercial cleaners keep building contracts, while Autopilot helps home service crews win and keep homeowners, starting with an AI receptionist that answers the phone.

The bottom line

Two different tools for two different businesses. Here is the honest split.

Choose Otuvy if…

  • You are a commercial cleaning contractor whose clients demand inspection scores and QC reports
  • You manage recurring building contracts and need work orders tied to quality data
  • You want 20+ years of janitorial-specific QA experience behind your software
  • You already have accounting and CRM handled and only need the quality layer

Choose Autopilot if…

  • You serve homeowners and need booking, estimates, invoicing, and payments in one app
  • You want a business phone with an AI receptionist answering and booking your calls
  • You want marketing built in: review requests, SMS and email blasts, automated sequences
  • You want a flat $49 to $149 a month with $0 onboarding instead of an implementation fee

Switching from Otuvy takes an afternoon

Four steps, and our team does the heavy one for you.

  1. 1

    Export your customers

Pull your client list out of Otuvy as a CSV. Every FSM platform supports this, and it takes about five minutes.

  2. 2

    We import everything for you

Send us the file and our team loads your customers, jobs, and price book into Autopilot as part of free onboarding. No spreadsheet wrestling on your end.

  3. 3

Point your phone number at Autopilot

On Full Throttle, keep your existing business number. We port it or forward it, so calls start landing in Autopilot with recording, transcripts, and the AI receptionist behind them.

  4. 4

Run both for a week, then cut over

Your Otuvy account keeps working during your free trial. Most crews book their first Autopilot job on day one and cancel the old subscription within the month.
