Is the Autopilot Card a credit card or a debit card?

The Autopilot Card will be a pay-in-full business charge card. Your approved limit will be based on your business, and the statement balance will be automatically paid from your connected account on the monthly due date.

Can I give cards to employees and individual trucks?

At launch, you will be able to issue multiple cards under one business account, then set a limit and spending rules for each card. That makes it easy to give every truck access without sharing the owner's card.

Can I control where the crew uses each card?

Yes. At launch, you will be able to set monthly limits and choose allowed merchant categories, such as gas stations, suppliers, hardware stores, or other places your crew needs for the job.

Can the card be used from a mobile wallet?

At launch, you will be able to add an eligible Autopilot Card to a supported mobile wallet and use it anywhere the card network is accepted. Availability can vary by device and wallet provider.

How do receipts and bookkeeping work?

Purchases will appear in real time. Your team will be able to attach the receipt from a phone, match the expense to the right job, and keep transactions organized for reconciliation and QuickBooks Online.

Who provides the card program?

Autopilot partners with CapitalOS for the card program. CapitalOS handles verification, underwriting, compliance, and credit. All applications are subject to approval and final program terms.

Card program details

Autopilot partners with CapitalOS for the Autopilot Card program. CapitalOS is a financial technology and lending company, not a bank. Cards are issued by First Internet Bank of Indiana, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa Inc. Depending on location, credit is provided by CapitalOS, Inc. or CapitalOS Financial Services LLC. All users are subject to verification and underwriting approval.

When it launches, Autopilot Card will be a pay-in-full charge card. Any outstanding statement balance will be automatically debited from the designated bank account on the monthly payment due date. Program terms, limits, eligibility, wallet support, and card availability may change. Final approved terms control.
