Named monthly configuration
For Housecall Pro customers tired of assembling add-ons
We map your data, coordinate eligible number porting, reconnect the tools your crew uses, and verify the cutover with you. Scale puts phone, AI, GPS, QuickBooks, and marketing under one $199 monthly plan.
Named monthly configuration
Price gets attention. A documented migration, phone plan, and reviewed cutover make the decision possible.
Your customers do not care which CRM sits behind the work. They care that the phone still rings, the appointment still appears, the crew still knows where to go, and the invoice still gets paid.

Every row says when a capability is included, limited, separately sold, or not publicly documented.
This table compares Autopilot Scale with Housecall Pro's highest relevant plan and named add-ons. It does not compare Autopilot's top plan with a competitor's entry plan.
The sequence is designed to reduce downtime risk, lost records, phone surprises, and last-minute training chaos.
We inventory the records, workflows, integrations, users, open work, and phone numbers that matter before anyone touches the live account.
We import the agreed records into a staged Autopilot account and reconnect QuickBooks, Zapier, Calendar, and Google Ads where applicable.
We preflight ownership and carrier eligibility, submit supported ports, and create an alternate number plan when a port is not possible.
You review the agreed record counts and core workflows with us. The transition is scheduled only after the switch checklist is understood.
Housecall Pro supports number porting through its Voice product, and your new carrier initiates an outbound port. We will check ownership and eligibility, keep the current carrier active during the process, and plan around carrier timing. Toll-free, fax, and Housecall Pro custom SMS numbers have documented restrictions.

Eva can answer incoming calls, work from your business instructions, capture lead details, and hand the conversation back to the same operating system your team uses all day.

Housecall Pro is not successful by accident. If one of these capabilities is central to your business, we should talk about it before you move, not after.
Housecall Pro sells payroll and HR tools, financing, expense products, and a human answering service. Those are separate products, but Autopilot should not claim to replace them today.
Housecall Pro offers vehicle GPS hardware, dashcams, crash alerts, driving scores, and vehicle-health monitoring. Autopilot has live employee GPS, not that hardware fleet stack.
Profit Rhino and regional pricing insights go deeper for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies. Autopilot has a price book, but not that managed trade-content product.
Housecall Pro goes beyond recurring jobs with membership agreements, renewal workflows, and one-click route optimization. Autopilot supports recurring work and mapped daily routes, but exact parity is not established today.
Housecall Pro offers website, SEO, accounting, bookkeeping, and coaching services around the software. This page compares the software stack, not those managed services.
No hand-waving around prices, phone numbers, or what can actually move.
General MAX is $329 per month on flexible monthly billing for eight users. A 10-user configuration with two extra users, entry Voice VoIP, and MAX Campaigns Advanced totals $513 per month before CSR AI. Mechanical-trade packages, usage, annual terms, and other add-ons can change the total.
Yes. MAX includes several software assistants, and CSR AI can answer calls and chats. CSR AI is sold separately with no public price. The comparison is about what is bundled in the named monthly configuration, not a claim that Housecall Pro has no AI.
We can coordinate a port for eligible numbers you own or control. Housecall Pro says typical ports take one to three weeks, exact cutover dates are not guaranteed, and toll-free, fax, and custom SMS numbers have restrictions. We scope that before promising a cutover.
Yes. MAX includes data-import help for customers, job history, equipment, and price-book data. Autopilot's switch offer needs to earn the difference through a mapped scope, record-count checks, integration reconnection, phone planning, and a reviewed cutover rather than pretending Housecall Pro offers nothing.
Saved payment credentials, every attachment, call history, custom hierarchy, and every historical relationship should not be assumed. We inventory the account, define the supported records, and flag anything that needs a manual archive or alternate plan before migration begins.
Book a migration call. We will map the data, integrations, and phone-number path before asking you to bet the business on the switch.
Competitor pricing and features were checked against the sources below on July 21, 2026. Regular prices and named configurations are used unless the copy explicitly says an example or quote. Promotions, taxes, usage, region, negotiated terms, and vendor changes can alter the result.
Housecall Pro and its marks belong to their respective owner. Autopilot is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Housecall Pro. Migration scope, number eligibility, timing, and third-party integrations are confirmed during preflight. Autopilot pricing shown is the current planned Scale price and should be rechecked before publication.
