Named monthly configuration
For Jobber customers ready for a cleaner bill
We map the records your crew relies on, reconnect the tools around them, plan the phone-number transition, and verify the move with you. Then you run the full Autopilot stack for $199 a month.
Named monthly configuration
Price gets attention. A documented migration, phone plan, and reviewed cutover make the decision possible.
Your customers do not care which CRM sits behind the work. They care that the phone still rings, the appointment still appears, the crew still knows where to go, and the invoice still gets paid.

Every row says when a capability is included, limited, separately sold, or not publicly documented.
This table compares Autopilot Scale with Jobber's highest relevant plan and named add-ons. It does not compare Autopilot's top plan with a competitor's entry plan.
The sequence is designed to reduce downtime risk, lost records, phone surprises, and last-minute training chaos.
We inventory the records, workflows, integrations, users, open work, and phone numbers that matter before anyone touches the live account.
We import the agreed records into a staged Autopilot account and reconnect QuickBooks, Zapier, Calendar, and Google Ads where applicable.
We preflight ownership and carrier eligibility, submit supported ports, and create an alternate number plan when a port is not possible.
You review the agreed record counts and core workflows with us. The transition is scheduled only after the switch checklist is understood.
If your current business number is one you own or control, we will check whether it is eligible to port. Jobber's terms say Jobber-provisioned numbers are non-transferable, so those accounts need a forwarding or number-change plan instead of a port promise.

Eva can answer incoming calls, work from your business instructions, capture lead details, and hand the conversation back to the same operating system your team uses all day.

Jobber is not successful by accident. If one of these capabilities is central to your business, we should talk about it before you move, not after.
Jobber has a mature app marketplace, a broad Zapier footprint, and years of third-party integrations. Autopilot now has a public API and Zapier, but Jobber still has more ready-made connections.
Jobber Plus includes website and marketing tools, referral-credit workflows, and access to financing products that are not established Autopilot capabilities today.
Jobber documents a mobile AI Voice beta that can create and edit field records. Eva answers customer calls, while Wally assists inside Autopilot, but exact field-action parity should not be claimed yet.
No hand-waving around prices, phone numbers, or what can actually move.
Jobber's regular flexible-monthly Plus rate is $499 for five users and $599 for 10 users. Autopilot Scale is $199 per month for 10 team members. Jobber promotions and committed billing terms can reduce its price, so verify the rate on your own account.
Yes. Plus includes unlimited AI Receptionist usage, Marketing Suite, Pipeline, API access, coordinated data import, onboarding, and premium support. The reason to switch is not that Jobber lacks those tools. It is the combination of price, a true Autopilot phone stack, and a migration plan built around your account.
We can assess and port eligible numbers that you own or control. Jobber's terms say Jobber-provisioned numbers belong to Jobber and are non-transferable, so we cannot promise those numbers will port. We will build a forwarding or number-change transition plan when a port is not possible.
We begin with an account inventory, then agree on the records supported by the migration before work starts. Typical exports can include clients, products and services, jobs, quotes, and invoices. Notes, attachments, saved payment methods, call history, and every historical relationship need to be scoped rather than promised blindly.
No cliff-edge cutover is the goal. We stage the new Autopilot account, review the agreed record counts and workflows with you, and plan the final transition around your billing term and phone-number situation.
Book a migration call. We will map the data, integrations, and phone-number path before asking you to bet the business on the switch.
Competitor pricing and features were checked against the sources below on July 21, 2026. Regular prices and named configurations are used unless the copy explicitly says an example or quote. Promotions, taxes, usage, region, negotiated terms, and vendor changes can alter the result.
Jobber and its marks belong to their respective owner. Autopilot is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Jobber. Migration scope, number eligibility, timing, and third-party integrations are confirmed during preflight. Autopilot pricing shown is the current planned Scale price and should be rechecked before publication.
