Multi-day jobs
One job. Any days. Any crew. Any time.
This is not four duplicate jobs pretending to be a project. Every scheduled day belongs to the same job, customer, notes, and history. Pick any dates you need, even when they are not consecutive, then assign the right technicians and hours to each one.

And the work between jobs?
A task can be anything.
Equipment pickups, dump runs, callbacks, and internal reminders live on the same schedule. Give them a time or leave them flexible as Any Time work.
The whole dispatch board, now in your pocket.
This is not a stripped-down companion app. The mobile schedule gives owners, dispatchers, and crews the view that makes sense for the moment.

Employee View · Color by status
A serious scheduling system that still feels simple.
The power is there when dispatch needs it. The noise stays out of the way when a technician just needs the next stop.
Web and mobile stay in sync
Move a job at the desk, then open the same schedule in the truck. Everyone works from the current plan.
Jobs, estimates, events, and tasks together
Sales visits and internal work live beside booked jobs, so the calendar shows the whole day instead of one slice of it.
All-day and Any Time work has a home
Keep flexible tasks visible without pretending they are timed appointments. Reorder them in the list when priorities change.
Built for owners and field techs
Owners and dispatchers get the broad crew view. Field technicians can stay limited to the jobs assigned to them.
Customer updates can follow the move
Use Autopilot's automated communication tools to keep customers informed when their scheduled time changes.

Scheduling questions, answered
The quick version before you start a trial.
Can Autopilot schedule recurring jobs?
Yes. Set a job to repeat every week, every other week, every month, every quarter, every six months, or every year. Upcoming visits appear on the schedule so you can see the work ahead.
How do multi-day jobs work?
Add as many schedule days as the job needs. Each day can have its own date, start and end time, crew assignment, and status, while every day stays connected to the same job and customer record.
Which calendar views are available in the mobile app?
The Autopilot mobile schedule includes List, Employee, Day, 3-Day, Week, and Month views. The app remembers the last view you used.
Can I drag jobs to a different time or employee?
Yes. Move schedule items to a new time or crew on web and mobile. Autopilot confirms schedule changes before they are saved, and recurring work includes controls for how the change should apply.
Can I create work directly from the calendar?
Yes. On mobile, tap an open time and choose New Job, New Estimate, or New Event. On the web calendar, select a time range to start a job or event with those dates and times already filled in.
Can field technicians see only their assigned jobs?
Yes. Field technician access can be limited to the work assigned to that technician, while owners and dispatchers keep the wider schedule and employee views they need.
