Named monthly configuration
For Workiz customers who want the communication stack without the stack of line items
We build the migration around your real account, coordinate eligible number porting, reconnect your integrations, and verify the cutover with you. Scale brings the core operation, phone, and AI together for $199 a month.
Named monthly configuration
Price gets attention. A documented migration, phone plan, and reviewed cutover make the decision possible.
Your customers do not care which CRM sits behind the work. They care that the phone still rings, the appointment still appears, the crew still knows where to go, and the invoice still gets paid.

Every row says when a capability is included, limited, separately sold, or not publicly documented.
This table compares Autopilot Scale with Workiz's highest relevant plan and named add-ons. It does not compare Autopilot's top plan with a competitor's entry plan.
The sequence is designed to reduce downtime risk, lost records, phone surprises, and last-minute training chaos.
We inventory the records, workflows, integrations, users, open work, and phone numbers that matter before anyone touches the live account.
We import the agreed records into a staged Autopilot account and reconnect QuickBooks, Zapier, Calendar, and Google Ads where applicable.
We preflight ownership and carrier eligibility, submit supported ports, and create an alternate number plan when a port is not possible.
You review the agreed record counts and core workflows with us. The transition is scheduled only after the switch checklist is understood.
Workiz phone and texting sit inside a separately sold communication package. We first confirm who controls each number, whether it is eligible to port, what messaging registration is attached to it, and how carrier timing affects the cutover. No number is promised before that preflight.

Eva can answer incoming calls, work from your business instructions, capture lead details, and hand the conversation back to the same operating system your team uses all day.

Workiz is not successful by accident. If one of these capabilities is central to your business, we should talk about it before you move, not after.
Workiz Ultimate documents truck and warehouse inventory, low-stock controls, equipment history, and purchase orders. Those capabilities are not established in Autopilot today.
Workiz goes deeper on memberships, recurring visits, service-plan relationships, and recurring payments. Autopilot supports recurring work, but exact service-plan parity should not be claimed.
Workiz positions Ultimate for franchise and multi-location organizations with advanced roles, restrictions, and reporting. Autopilot should not claim equivalent franchise administration until those controls are confirmed.
Workiz has years of phone queues, call flows, masking, attribution, dispatch, and communications history. Autopilot bundles the core outcome at a lower price, but every edge-case workflow is not identical yet.
Price Book Pro supplies maintained trade catalogs, material costs, labor hours, flat-rate tasks, and quarterly updates. Genius Scheduling recommends times and technicians using proximity and skills. Autopilot should not claim to replace either capability today.
No hand-waving around prices, phone numbers, or what can actually move.
Workiz does not publish a universal live Ultimate price. Its own March 2026 billing help article shows an illustrative annual-billing account with monthly line items of $445 for Ultimate, $99 for Phone, $199 for Genius Answering, and $145 for Price Book Pro, totaling $888 per month. Treat that as an official example, not a quote for your business.
Workiz's current pricing page labels the communication suite as sold separately, and AI Answering requires the phone plan. Exact packaging and pricing are quote-based, so your proposal controls.
We can coordinate ports for eligible numbers you own or control. Carrier, ownership, number type, messaging registration, and active account status all matter, so we complete a preflight before scheduling the cutover.
We start with a data inventory and a written map of the records Autopilot supports. Customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, price-book records, schedules, tags, notes, media, call history, and payment data each need a verified path rather than one blanket promise.
Workiz is capable and already offers both. The case for Autopilot is a simpler $199 top-tier software price, a custom migration and number plan, and the ability to run the whole operation without assembling the same number of separate line items.
Book a migration call. We will map the data, integrations, and phone-number path before asking you to bet the business on the switch.
Competitor pricing and features were checked against the sources below on July 21, 2026. Regular prices and named configurations are used unless the copy explicitly says an example or quote. Promotions, taxes, usage, region, negotiated terms, and vendor changes can alter the result.
Workiz and its marks belong to their respective owner. Autopilot is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Workiz. Migration scope, number eligibility, timing, and third-party integrations are confirmed during preflight. Autopilot pricing shown is the current planned Scale price and should be rechecked before publication.
