Data Deletion Instructions
Last Updated: 08/27/2026
This page explains how to disconnect Google Business Profile or Facebook Ads from Autopilot and request deletion of data received through those integrations.
How to Delete Your Google Business Profile Integration Data
You can start the deletion process in any of these ways:
1. Disconnect Google Business Profile in Autopilot
Open Settings in Autopilot, select Google Business Profile, and choose Disconnect. Disconnecting immediately stops future synchronization and revokes Autopilot's access to the connected Google account.
2. Remove Autopilot From Your Google Account
Open your Google Account connections, select Autopilot, and remove its access. Removing access stops future API access. If you also want confirmation that stored integration data has been deleted, email us using the instructions below.
3. Email Autopilot
Email andrew@autopilotapp.io with the subject Google Business Profile data deletion request.
Include:
- The email address used to log in to Autopilot
- Your company name
- A clear request to disconnect and delete your Google Business Profile integration data
Never send us your Google password, OAuth access token, client secret, or API key. Autopilot will never ask for those items by email.
What We Delete
Deleting the Google Business Profile integration removes the integration data associated with your Autopilot account, including:
- Google OAuth credentials maintained by Autopilot
- Connected account, business group, location, and profile identifiers
- Cached Google-provided Business Profile content
- Permissions under Autopilot's control to manage the connected profiles
We stop future synchronization immediately and complete disassociation and deletion of the integration data under our control promptly and no later than seven business days. Limited information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained when required for legal, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
How to Delete Your Meta Integration Data
You can start the deletion process in any of these ways:
1. Disconnect Facebook Ads in Autopilot
After the Facebook Ads integration launches, open Settings in Autopilot, select Facebook Ads, and choose Disconnect. Disconnecting stops future synchronization and starts removal of the integration data described below.
2. Remove Autopilot From Facebook
Open Facebook's Apps and Websites settings, find Autopilot, and remove it. Removing Autopilot stops its future access to your Meta account. If you want confirmation that stored integration data has been deleted, also email us using the instructions below.
3. Email Autopilot
Email andrew@autopilotapp.io with the subject Meta data deletion request.
Include:
- The email address used to log in to Autopilot
- Your company name
- A clear request to delete your Meta or Facebook Ads integration data
Never send us your Facebook password, Meta password, OAuth access token, or App Secret. Autopilot will never ask for those items by email.
What We Delete
Deleting the Facebook Ads integration removes the integration data associated with your Autopilot account, including:
- Meta OAuth access tokens and expiration information
- App-scoped Meta user IDs
- Ad account IDs, names, statuses, currencies, and timezones
- Cached daily advertising spend and related Meta reporting data
What Integration Deletion Does Not Delete
An integration deletion request does not delete unrelated Autopilot data, such as jobs, customers, invoices, payments, messages, or your entire Autopilot account. To request deletion of your full Autopilot account, state that separately in your email.
Verification and Timing
To protect your account, Autopilot may verify your identity and authority to make the request before deleting data. We will complete a verified request within 30 days and send confirmation to the email address associated with the request.
Limited information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained when required for legal, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
Meta Data Deletion Instructions
This page serves as Autopilot's Data Deletion Instructions URL for the Meta integration. If Meta sends Autopilot a deletion request through its application removal tools, Autopilot will process that request under the same policy.
