  • Your Google Calendar
  • Your assigned work
Keep planning in Autopilot. Your connected Google Calendar follows the upcoming schedule.

Your technician sees their work.

A technician's calendar follows the visits assigned to them. Your office can see work according to its role. Each person connects a separate account, so there is no need to share a Google login.

  • Upcoming jobs, estimates, and visible events can appear in Google.
  • Technicians see their assigned job and estimate work.
  • Schedule changes flow from Autopilot to Google Calendar.
  • Past entries are retained as they were last synchronized.

Stop checking two calendars for the same job.

When a visit moves in Autopilot, its upcoming Google Calendar entry can move with it. Your team gets another way to see the day without maintaining a second copy of the schedule by hand.

SchedulingRecurring Jobs
  1. Connect your own Google account

Each team member connects their Google Calendar from their Autopilot settings. Upcoming work is mirrored to that account's primary calendar.

  2. Schedule the work in Autopilot

Plan jobs, estimates, and events as usual. What appears in Google follows the work and visibility available to that team member.

  3. Make schedule changes in one place

Update upcoming work in Autopilot. The connection updates its Google entries and removes canceled upcoming work from the mirror.

Questions about Google Calendar

What to know before you put it to work.

Is this a two-way calendar sync?
No. Autopilot is the source of the schedule. The connection mirrors upcoming work into Google Calendar; changes made in Google Calendar do not update your Autopilot schedule.
Does everyone use one Google account?
No. Each team member connects their own Google account, and the mirror uses that account's primary calendar.
Will a technician see every job?
A technician sees the upcoming work assigned to them. The mirror follows Autopilot's role and assignment rules.
What happens to canceled or past work?
Canceled upcoming entries are removed from the active mirror. Past entries remain as last synchronized, rather than being continually changed afterward.

Keep the whole business connected.
