5. Meta and Facebook Ads Integration
If you authorize Autopilot to connect to Meta or Facebook Ads, we may collect and store:
- Your app-scoped Meta user ID
- The selected ad account's ID, name, status, currency, and timezone
- The OAuth access token used to maintain the connection and its expiration information
- Daily advertising spend and related reporting data provided by Meta
We use this information only to:
- Connect and maintain the ad account you select
- Import advertising spend and related reporting data
- Calculate dashboard metrics, including return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Provide support for the integration
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
Autopilot does not sell Meta data. We do not use Meta data to advertise to Autopilot users. We may share this data with infrastructure, hosting, database, security, and other service providers only as needed to operate and protect Autopilot. Those providers may use the data only to provide services on our behalf.
When you disconnect the integration or submit a verified deletion request, we delete the Meta OAuth token, app-scoped user ID, ad account metadata, and cached Meta reporting data associated with the integration. Limited information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained when required for legal, fraud prevention, or security purposes.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
