The membership should be clear to the office and the technician. Keep the plan, covered systems and included visits together, so the next conversation starts with the customer's actual coverage.

  1. Build the plan

Pick monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or yearly billing. Set the price, the discount and each included service's annual visit allowance.

  2. Enroll the customer

Select the property, covered equipment and start date. Choose automatic card-on-file billing or an invoice sent to the customer.

  3. Keep billing on schedule

Autopilot generates membership fees when they are due. Follow payment results and past-due memberships from the customer's record.

  4. Track the service delivered

Qualifying completed jobs count against the annual included-service allowance. The crew can see membership information while working on a job.

Questions about Memberships

What to know before you put it to work.

Does a membership schedule future visits automatically?
The plan tracks billing, benefits and included-service allowances. Included-visit tracking does not itself book future appointments or make service lines free. Schedule the customer's visits and set the job's pricing as appropriate.
When does an included visit count as used?
A qualifying completed job counts against the matching included-service allowance. A job counts once even if it has multiple completed visits. The annual allowance follows the membership anniversary year.
Can a customer pay for more than one system?
Yes. A plan can use a flat fee or a price per covered equipment unit. Select the units covered when you enroll the customer.
What happens if a membership payment fails?
Autopilot records the billing result and handles payment retries and past-due status. Under the current membership rules, past-due members retain benefits until cancellation or lapse.
