Who is Oracle Field Service?
Oracle Field Service started life as TOA Technologies, which Oracle acquired in 2014, and it is still best known for one thing: predicting when a technician will actually arrive. It learns each tech's real performance patterns and uses them to route work, cut travel time, and keep appointment windows honest across thousands of field workers. It is part of Oracle's Fusion Cloud Service family with full public APIs.
