Andy Weins

Andy Weins spent more than twenty years in the military, including service in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, before turning that discipline loose on junk removal. He founded Camo Crew Responsible Junk Removal in the Milwaukee area and staffed it the way he was trained to build a unit: clear standards, clear roles, and people who know exactly what good looks like.

Camo Crew is veteran owned and built around responsible disposal. Through national and local partnerships the company diverts roughly 80 percent of the material it handles away from landfill, and the state of Wisconsin has recognized it as an outstanding veteran owned business. Andy also founded Green Up Solutions, the environmental consulting arm behind that approach.
