How to measure a load in cubic yards
Measure the length, width, and height of the pile in feet, enter them above, and the calculator converts everything to cubic yards. If you already know the footprint, switch to Area and just add the depth.
For junk removal, a heaped full-size pickup bed holds about 2 cubic yards, and most box trucks run 12 to 16. Add your disposal rate per cubic yard to see what the load costs before you commit to a price.
