The commitment
Initial term and payment
The Complete Junk Removal Growth System has a 12-month initial service term. You can choose one of two payment options:
Covers the complete 12-month initial term.
Billing starts when you subscribe through Stripe. The 12-month minimum totals $15,588.
The $1,299-per-month Stripe subscription has a 12-month minimum commitment. It is not cancel-anytime during that initial term and continues month to month afterward unless your signed agreement says otherwise.
The paid-in-full option also includes $5,000 of Autopilot stock through a separate SAFE. Stock is issued only after the signed SAFE and program agreement are complete. The investment is speculative, illiquid, and involves the possible loss of the entire investment.
Live instruction
Six months of group coaching
The included live coaching period lasts six months. The planned cadence is four group classes each month:
- One class per month with Andrew
- One class per month with Lewis
- One class per month with Kevin
- One class per month with Xavier
That is 24 scheduled group classes across six months. The coaching is group training, not private one-to-one consulting. Continuing the software stack after the initial term does not automatically add another coaching cycle.
The software stack
Access and continuation
The initial package includes 12 months of GhostReach Pro and 12 months of Autopilot Home Services Pro, plus Rooster launch access. JunkPath access is included for the supported life of that product.
The initial package also includes 12 months of ChatGPT Pro with Codex access for use during the program. Access remains subject to OpenAI's then-current terms, feature availability, and usage limits.
Service changes and cancellation after the minimum term are handled under the signed agreement.
Your digital foundation
Website and managed marketing scope
The package includes production of a 100-page, search-structured website based on the approved scope, service area, and intake materials.
During the initial term, the package also includes website hosting, reasonable maintenance and page updates, ongoing SEO work, and Google Business Profile support within the agreed implementation scope. These services are scheduled and bounded; they do not include unlimited redesigns, content requests, or third-party work outside the signed agreement.
The managed Facebook campaign is scheduled to begin around month three after required access, approvals, assets, and ad funding are available. Campaign management is included, but ad spend is paid separately to Meta. Platform approval, campaign delivery, lead volume, and business results are not guaranteed.
Delivery depends on your timely participation. You are responsible for supplying accurate business information, account access, brand assets, approvals, and any other requested materials. Delays in participation can delay production.
The signed agreement defines hosting, maintenance, domain use, ownership, export or transfer rights, and what happens to the website if all applicable services end.
Local visibility
The citation campaign
The campaign targets up to 350 eligible local citation and business-listing opportunities.
Third-party directories control eligibility, approval, processing time, link type, publication, continued availability, and removal. Some listings provide links and some do not.
This is not a promise of 350 permanent or do-follow backlinks, and no particular search ranking is guaranteed.
Guided implementation
Your first GhostReach campaign
The package includes a live group workshop to help operators set up their first GhostReach campaign, plus reasonable standby help for initial setup problems.
It does not include unlimited or ongoing done-for-you campaign management unless a separate written agreement specifically adds that service.
You remain responsible for your audiences, lists, messages, approvals, campaign monitoring, and compliance with applicable privacy, telemarketing, messaging, email, carrier, and platform rules.
Outside services
Third-party costs
The named access periods are included, but outside usage and vendor costs are not included unless the signed agreement expressly says otherwise.
- Google and other advertising spend
- Payment-processing fees
- Domains and email inboxes
- Phone, SMS, or carrier usage beyond included allowances
- Physical card-reader or other hardware
- Taxes and other third-party charges
Third-party products are also subject to their own availability, acceptable-use rules, plan limits, and terms.
Product access
Rooster and JunkPath
Rooster
Rooster is an upcoming product. Planned capabilities may change before or after release. Access is subject to product availability, technical readiness, and the final service terms.
JunkPath
JunkPath access is provided for the supported life of the product, subject to its account, fair-use, and acceptable-use terms.
Use good judgment
Training and AI guidance
Courses, coaching, templates, and AI responses are educational resources. The AI advisor can produce incomplete, outdated, or incorrect answers.
Nothing in the program is a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, employment, insurance, lending, financial, medical, or safety advice. Use qualified professionals for decisions in those areas.
When life changes
Case-by-case hardship review
If an extraordinary circumstance makes continuing the junk removal business genuinely impossible, contact us and request a review call.
We can discuss the circumstances and may agree to an accommodation in writing. A hardship review is discretionary, case by case, and is not an automatic cancellation right or guaranteed release from the agreement.
The honest promise
No results guarantee
We provide tools, implementation support, curriculum, and coaching. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs, reviews, rankings, close rate, revenue, profit, or other business result.
Outcomes depend on your market, offer, pricing, reputation, budget, execution, response speed, customer service, and many factors outside our control.
The signed agreement controls
This page is intended to make the major program terms easy to understand. Review the complete service agreement before signing. If it differs from this summary, the signed agreement controls.
