Jobber pricing, without the introductory-rate asterisk
Jobber's top Plus plan runs $599 a month for 10 users at the regular flexible-monthly rate. Lower advertised prices are introductory, or require a 12-month commitment or annual prepayment. Autopilot Scale covers the same 10 people for $299 a month.

You keep
$300a month, or $3,600 a year
against Jobber Plus at the regular flexible-monthly 10-user rate.
Jobber advertises introductory discounts, and lower rates are available with a 12-month commitment or annual prepayment. This comparison uses the regular flexible-monthly price for the same 10-person team size, because that is what you pay in month 13.
What Jobber publishes
- CoreEntry tier
- Quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and payments for a small crew. No marketing suite, no AI receptionist.
- ConnectMid tier
- Adds automated reminders, online booking, and the client hub features most operators expect as standard.
- GrowUpper tier
- Adds quote follow-ups and line-item optional add-ons for upselling on the estimate.
- Plus$599/mo at 10 users
- The full stack: AI Receptionist with unlimited usage, Marketing Suite, and Pipeline. This is the tier worth comparing against.
The number on the pricing page is not the number on your bill
Jobber's advertised prices are introductory. They apply for a limited period, and after that the plan reverts to the regular rate. The other way to get a lower number is to commit for 12 months or prepay for the year, which means the discount costs you flexibility.
That is not unusual in this category, and it is not dishonest. It does mean that if you are budgeting, the figure to write down is the regular flexible-monthly rate for your actual team size, not the promotional one. For a 10-person team on Plus, that is $599 a month.
Per-user pricing is the part that scales against you
Jobber prices by user. Every person you add to the crew adds to the monthly bill, which is fine at two people and uncomfortable at ten. The plan you start on is rarely the plan you stay on, because growth itself pushes you up the price ladder.
Autopilot Scale includes 10 team members at $299 a month flat. The difference at that team size is $300 a month, or $3,600 a year, and it widens every time you hire.
What Plus actually gets you that the lower tiers do not
The two features worth paying up for are the AI Receptionist, which answers calls you miss and books from them, and the Marketing Suite with Pipeline. On Plus, the receptionist is unlimited rather than metered, which matters if you run real call volume.
Autopilot includes an AI voice assistant, the full business phone system, GPS tracking, QuickBooks sync, and the marketing tools on Scale, without a separate line item for any of them.
