Housecall Pro pricing, add-ons included

A general-business MAX configuration for 10 users with phone, campaigns, and CSR AI runs at least $662 a month. Housecall Pro does not publish a CSR AI price, so $149 is used as the floor and a real quote may be higher. Autopilot Scale covers the same 10 people for $299 a month.

Prices verified July 27, 2026. Every figure sourced at the bottom of this page.

You keep

$363a month, or $4,356 a year

against the named general MAX configuration with CSR AI at its published floor.

This is one defined general-business configuration, not a universal Housecall Pro bill. The total uses $149 a month as the floor for separately sold CSR AI, and Housecall Pro does not publish its price, so a real quote may come back higher. Mechanical-trade MAX packages, promotions, usage, and annual billing all change the total too.

What Housecall Pro publishes

BasicEntry tier
Scheduling, invoicing, and payments for a single-person operation. No automation to speak of.
EssentialsMid tier
Adds a small user allowance, job automations, and reporting. Most growing crews start here and outgrow it.
MAX$329/mo at 8 users
The tier with the real feature set. Additional users are $35 each per month, and Voice, Campaigns, and CSR AI are all priced on top. This is the one to compare.

The plan price is the starting point, not the total

Housecall Pro's MAX plan lists at $329 a month for 8 users. That is the number most comparison articles quote, and it is accurate as far as it goes. It is also not what a 10-person team with a phone system and marketing actually pays.

Add two users at $35 each, entry-level Voice with tracking at $65, Campaigns Advanced at $49, and CSR AI from $149, and the same team is at $662 a month. Every one of those is a real published price, not an estimate.

CSR AI starts at $149, and that is a floor rather than a price

The AI answering product is sold separately. Housecall Pro's own page puts the entry point at $149 a month but does not publish a full price list, so $149 is the least you can pay, not what you will necessarily be quoted.

We use the floor in the total and label it as such. A page that quotes you one confident CSR AI number is guessing; ask where it came from.

Usage charges sit on top of the phone line

Voice is priced as a base fee with usage and overages on top, so call volume moves the bill. For a business whose whole model is answering the phone, that is the line item most likely to surprise you in a busy month.

Autopilot Scale includes the full business phone system and 100 AI voice minutes in the $299 a month price, with no separate per-seat phone charge.
